About the event
University City District, Powelton Village Civic Association (PVCA)would like to do an art project in a West Philadelphia’s intersection creating an asphalt mural . The UCD works in enhancing pedestrian safety through projects like daylighting plazas and a new asphalt mural at 36th Street and Race Street and Lancaster Avenue. One of the goals is to reduce the risk of accidents in high-injury network areas.
