About the Role
Position: Paint & Sip Artist (Project-Based)
Compensation: $50–$150 per event (based on location and ticket sales)
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Walls for Justice is looking for engaging and creative Paint & Sip Artists to lead guided painting sessions for community-based art events. These experiences bring people together to relax, create, and connect—no formal art background required from participants, just good vibes and a fun atmosphere.
Role Overview
As a Paint & Sip Artist, you’ll:
Lead guests through a step-by-step painting experience
Help set up and clean up your painting station
Bring energy, encouragement, and a welcoming attitude to the event
Collaborate with the WFJ team to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience
Requirements
Requirements
Strong painting skills with the ability to simplify for beginners
Confident public speaking and facilitation skills
Friendly, patient, and upbeat personality
Reliable transportation
Able to transport your own art supplies (we can provide basic materials if needed)
Experience teaching or hosting creative events is a plus
This is a project-based (1099) opportunity. Artists are paid $50–$150 per event, depending on location, event size, and ticket sales.
