Black Mens Conference

Walls For Justice had the opportunity to host a community paint day at the Black Men's Conference in Philadelphia. The conference brings together black men from all backgrounds to discuss issues and solutions that affect their lives. We were honored to be a part of this important event and to provide an opportunity for the community to come together and create something meaningful.

The theme of the conference this year was "Agency" and we wanted to create a mural that reflects this theme. During the paint day, we invited conference attendees to come and help us paint the mural. It was a great opportunity for people to come together and work towards a common goal. The energy was amazing as people of all ages and backgrounds came together to create something beautiful.

The mural was a true collaboration between our organization, the conference organizers and its attendees. It was a reminder of the power of coming together and the importance of representation and visibility in the community.
